本案常住人口是一對老年夫妻，子女為了盡孝，購買房屋讓兩位老人安享晚年。所以在設計的時候，我們更多地考慮到人性化、舒適化和便捷性。在多處設計中都使用比較柔和的手法，盡量營造出現(xiàn)代又不失溫柔、奢華又不高冷的感覺。

The resident population of this case is two elderly couples. In order to fulfill filial piety, the children bought a house to let the two elderly people enjoy their old age, so in the design, we took humanization, comfort and convenience into consideration. The softer gimlet is used in much place design, build a modern as far as possible do not break gentleness, luxury not high cold feeling.

二樓分布主臥、次臥兩個臥室，為客戶一家的休息區(qū)域。為主臥配備獨立的衛(wèi)生間和步入式衣帽間，滿足二老洗漱、換衣的需求。主衛(wèi)將臺盆、淋浴區(qū)和馬桶分隔成三個區(qū)域，方便使用的同時也是做到干濕分離，保證了衛(wèi)生間的清潔。

一樓是生活區(qū)域，超大面積會客廳帶給人寬闊大氣之感。因為考慮到常住人口不多，且是兩位老人，飲食較為清淡，相對來說不需要特別多的烹飪功能，也不會產(chǎn)生特別多的油煙，所以采用開放式廚房的設計，將餐廳和廚房連為一體，也是減少空間分割，方便老人行走、進行用餐。

在會客廳的設計上，采用當下現(xiàn)代風格設計中流行的無主燈方案，配合超大的觀景落地窗，讓室內(nèi)的光線明亮柔和而不刺眼。色彩搭配上，選擇深淺結(jié)合的方式，深的是木紋、淺的是大理石和皮質(zhì)沙發(fā)，組合出略帶奢華、但又低調(diào)內(nèi)斂的空間氛圍。

考慮到常住人口和用餐人數(shù)都比較少，所以餐桌我們只選擇四人桌，符合客戶的日常需求，也便于菜品的擺放和餐桌打理。“L”型的廚房設計，動線流暢、面積寬大，減少發(fā)生碰撞的可能性，體現(xiàn)我們秉承的“以人為本”設計理念和對老人的關(guān)懷。

次臥是預留給來探望老人的兒女的。因為是年輕人居住，所以在設計上，我們將整體風格定位得更偏向年輕化、浪漫化，暖色系和帶有粉色的空間溫馨美好，滿足年輕人的審美需求。

The second bedroom is reserved for children who come to visit the old man. Because young people live, so in the design, we positioning the overall style more young, romantic, warm colors and pink space warm and beautiful, to meet the aesthetic needs of young people.

主臥我們沿用會客廳的設計思路和配色，仍舊是以暖棕色、深南瓜色和米白、暖灰等顏色搭配組合，并選用比較具有藝術(shù)感造型的吊燈，讓整個空間在保持屬于家的那份溫馨前提下又有更多的美感。茶幾是為客戶夫妻專門準備的，閑暇時在此小坐品茗，聊聊生活，談談往事，不失為好去處。

獨立的步入式衣帽間面積寬闊，設計較多的柜子并進行多種分區(qū)，方便客戶在此進行更衣和儲存。部分柜體采用玻璃門的設計，通透、有質(zhì)感。比較高的換鞋凳是出于客戶的年齡的考慮，也是人性化設計的體現(xiàn)。

主衛(wèi)的設計上，三分隔的設計與懸空的柜體能最大限度減少積水的產(chǎn)生，易于打理和保證衛(wèi)生間的清潔，大面積的梳妝鏡大方好看。淋浴間特制防滑設計，增大摩擦力，預防老人洗澡時跌倒。
